FAQs

  • About our Food Truck

    The dimensions of our food truck are the following:

    5.7 L x 2.4 W x 3.6 H


    (Please note that the food truck needs to be parked on a level ground and off council property. Also we Must be parked off any roads, and strictly parked on private land.)


  • What areas do you cater for?

    We generally cater for the Melbourne metro & surrounding suburb areas; depending on your location we are still happy to attend, however a travel charge may apply.

  • What do you get with our catering services?

    Pasta Face Food Truck is fully accredited and able to be entirely self-sufficient in terms of power and water, and the pricing of the Menu Options above includes adequate staff within the truck to serve your guests quickly and efficiently.


    ARRIVAL: We arrive 1.5 hrs before your desired service time.


    DEPARTURE: We depart 1 hour after service time has finished, which allows us to cool down equipment  and our team to clean up. 


    Our packages include a 2 hour service time. However, if you require a longer service time this can be offered at an additional cost of $150 per hour + GST


    ** Important information** bookings are only refundable up to six weeks prior to your event**

  • What type of bookings do you cater for?

    Book us for corporate functions! We also offer catering for many other occasions including birthdays, weddings and engagements. We also cater for large scale festivals & events.

  • Do you offer other dietary requirements?

    We can also cater for Gluten Free requirements if requested.  It would most likely our delicious handmade potato gnocchi, complemented with our scrumptious sauces. (We also cater for other requirements such as Vegan/Vegetarian & halal)

  • Secure your booking/Cancellation policy

    SECURE YOUR BOOKING


    To secure your function booking a deposit of 30% of the total amount is paid upon booking. The balance is payable one week prior to your function.


    STANDARD CANCELLATION

    If the unfortunate should happen and you need to cancel your function, the following guidelines apply:

    - If written notification of cancellation is received more than 6 weeks prior to the function date, Pasta Face will refund your deposit in full.

    - If written notification of cancellation is received between 14-21 days prior to the function date, Pasta Face will refund 50% of your deposit.

    - If written notification of cancellation is received less than 7 days prior to the function date, Pasta Face will not refund your deposit.


  • COVID CANCELLATION POLICY

    - If your booked function/event cannot go ahead due to Victorian Covid-19 restrictions, including lockdowns for events/hospitality sectors, border closures or reduced number allowances more than 7 days prior to your function & an second attempted date cannot be scheduled due to Covid-19 restrictions, your deposit is FULLY refundable, however the deposit amount will be paid back based on a reasonable & substantial monthly payment plan by Pasta Face back to you.

    - If the cancellation happens within 14 days prior to the function, Pasta Face will postpone the booking to a later date of your choice, although we would both require working together on this in securing another new date. 

    - If your booking has been cancelled without any written notice & isn’t due to any Victorian Covid-19 restrictions for the events/hospitality sectors, you’re deposit is non-refundable.
